Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all US orders. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

** Please note that delivery can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If you do not receive your items after 14 days please check the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email or contact us as [email protected].

** Depending on items ordered, some items may ship from different warehouses. This means you may receive your order via multiple packages. All US shipping is free and any additional shipping costs are covered by Fluid Media Designs.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number.

Damages

Please refer to our Refunds and Returns policy for instructions in case your products are damaged during shipping.
