You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

What if I order the wrong size, color, or item?

If you order the wrong size, color or item, you can return the item to our warehouse and we will send a replacement. It’s best to add also a note inside with the name, Order ID and the requested item’s color and size. Please contact us at [email protected] for instructions and address details for the return of goods.

What if I recieve an incorrect order?

If you receive an incorrect order, let us know immediately. We will need proof of wrong item sent, such as color of shirt, damages, size or item. A picture of the actual item received is good proof for us to examine and to send to the warehouse . As such, it must be sent to us not later than a week after receiving the item. We will send a replacement for free and you will not have to pay for shipping.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order in a timely fashion, (usual delivery time is between 7 and 14 days) you can cancel your order with us and recieve a full refund.
